DuoLingo offers some free content, however additional content is only available to subscribers.
Busuu is a Madrid-based company that has partnered with MacMillan Dictionaries, Collins Grammar, and the Guardian newspaper to create an integrated learning experience with other language learners around the world. Although some of the content is fee-based, check out some of their free materials, while submitting both written and audio samples of your progress for feedback from other community members.

Developed by the BBC, this site offers many interactive activities and resources for improving your grammar, broadening your vocabulary, and increasing your comprehension.
