Beginning in 2025, The WSU Libraries agreement with Elsevier will allow WSU authors to publish under an Open Access license without requiring the individual author to pay an APC. This agreement is limited to 1,813 Hybrid journals on the ScienceDirect Platform. In addition the libraries will continue to license access to ScienceDirect journals, as in previous years.
