This page celebrates scholarly monographs, fiction, and poetry published by WSU authors since 2010.

Crimson Reads 2014

The WSU Libraries is pleased to celebrate the accomplishments of our faculty and hope to create a greater awareness of the diverse publishing activity and achievements of WSU Authors. 

This year's April 3rd event celebrated books published between 2010 and early 2014, including scholarly works, fiction, and poetry.

Welcome and Introductory Remarks: Beth Blakesley, Associate Dean of the WSU Libraries

Opening  Remarks: Frances K. McSweeney, Vice-Provost for Faculty Affairs and Regents Professor of Psychology.

Faculty Address: Matthew McCluskey, Chair of the Department of Physics. The author of Dopants and Defects in Semiconductors  and The Last Weapon: A Nove

The Annual Celebration of WSU Authors is a university-wide event that publicly acknowledges and honours our faculty, students, staff, alumni and retired university community members who have authored/co-authored or edited a book (including ebooks) within the past year.  The event is an opportunity to create a greater awareness of the diverse publishing activity and achievements of WSU Authors. 

Submissions are now closed for authored/co-authored or edited books (including ebooks) published between January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014.  If you have any questions please contact Chelsea Leachman.
