Use this guide to play with creating and using LibGuides (version 2!). You can use this guide to learn how to manage your account, profile, and guides. Please give me feedback if there is something you think is missing, something you don't like, or something you really do like.

• One of the main changes you'll notice in LibGuides 2 is that the way we log in is different. Read the box below to learn how to log in and manage your account.
• Then, learn to update your profile. Go to the Profile tab (above) to learn how to manage your profile.
• Already have your profile? Check out the other tabs on this guide to learn how to create LibGuides content.

This section also includes information about changing your password.

Logging in:

• Go to the WSU LibApps page. This is where you now log into LibGuides and LibAnswers. [I recommend bookmarking this site in your browser - it makes life much easier!]

• Sign in with your WSU email address (including @wsu.edu) and your LibApps password.
  • You will be prompted to change your LibApps password the first time you login. Your original LibGuides v1 password will not work for LibApps.
  • Note: You can also click on Login to LibApps from the bottom of any LibGuides page.
  • If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the LibApps login page, but please contact the LibGuides administrator (Erica) if you encounter difficulties.
• This will take you to your main administration page from which you can create, edit, and delete guides and create and edit your LibGuides and LibAnswers profile.
• Once logged in to the LibApps page, click on the blue LibApps tab at the top of the page. Select LibGuides to go to your LibGuides dashboard.

Changing your password:

• From the main LibApps page, click on My Account on the orange banner at the top of the screen.
• Enter a new password and click on Save Changes.
