While studying abroad, you can...

Accessing Materials Online While Away

Sometimes, when accessing library resources off-campus, you may run into Firewall protection that prevents you from accessing the materials. For this reason, you might want to download a VPN (Virtual Private Network) prior to departure, that will improve your ability to access library (or other WSU) resources. Not everyone studying abroad will run into this problem.

For information on how to obtain a VPN, contact CougTech on campus.

If you having trouble, you may also contact the librarians at one of the methods in the box to the right. Thank you!

WSU Libraries has numerous travel guides that you can use before your program abroad. Many of the updated versions are located in the Reference section (1st floor of Terrell) so you cannot take these home - but you can use them in the library. Here are only a couple that are available!
