Finding Films in Search It

WSU Libraries holds licenses to numerous streaming films, and also has a large DVD collection. You can access streaming video by using Search It and logging in with your WSU NetID and password. DVDs can be requested for home mail delivery or on-campus pickup.

After typing your search into Search It, go to the filters on the left side of the screen. Under Type, you can check DVDs and/or eVideo, depending on the format that you prefer. The Type will be listed above each title on the results page.

To view eVideo, click on the title and scroll down to Access Options. A link to the eVideo will be provided. You will be asked to login after clicking if you aren't already.

To request a DVD, click on the title, and select the Request Item button. If you do not see this button, click on the Log In link (either in the record or on the top right of the screen). You will then be prompted for your pickup or delivery options. Locker pickup is available if you are on campus. ***NOTE*** If you choose home delivery, please put your address in the notes field. You may have a different address on file, so please type it in to be sure it goes to the correct place.

You can also search directly in the eVideo databases if Search It proves to be too overwhelming. You can find these databases at the following link.
