Great States

Great States board game box (map of United States)Great States is a board game where the objective is to earn the most cards by answering trivia questions about the United States.  At the beginning of the game, players decide how many cards a person needs to earn to win (ex. 10 cards, 20 cards, 30 cards, etc.) There are three different types of cards related to U.S. trivia: fact cards, figure cards, and find cards.  Players take turns spinning the spinner to determine which type of card (fact, figure, or find) they will draw.  Another player asks the player the question on the card and if the player correctly answers the question within 30 seconds, the player gets to keep the card.  The player who earns the agreed upon number of cards (ex. 10, 20, 30, etc.) first wins.
