A guide to using the mobile app version of select library databases.

Step 1: Set up MyAccess account

  • Go to AccessMedicine
  • Select "Sign In" at the top right of the screen
  • Select "Sign in or create a Free MyAccess Profile
  • Select "Create a Free MyAccess Profile"
  • Complete the form

Step 2: Download the AccessMedicine app

  • Go to the App Store or the Google Play Store
  • Search for "AccessMedicine"
  • Select and download the app (usually the first option)

Step 3: Set up the AccessMedicine app

  • Open the app on your device
  • Log in using your MyAccess credentials
  • Allow updates to install

Step 4: Use the app

Key Features:

  • Favorites - allows you to tag content for quick reference
  • Recent - keep track of your search history
  • Search - look for clinical information through the available reference texts
