Neill Public Library is a free, public library located in downtown Pullman at 210 N Grand Avenue. You may checkout materials from the library by getting a library card. The library card is free to everyone. All you have to do is bring a government-issued picture ID (passport or driver's license) and a piece of mail with your current address on it. You also must be over 18, or bring a parent or guardian with you.
The library has books (print, audio, and eBooks), DVDs, and CDs for both adults and children.
