Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews
      Cochrane Library Tutorial (5.5 minutes)

PubMed (National Library of Medicine)  In PubMed, systematic reviews cover a broad set of articles that build consensus on various topics. Systematic Reviews is available on result sets as a filter under article types, as well as a selection on the Clinical Queries page.

CINAHL (Nursing & Allied Health Literature)  Browse the list of Evidence-Based Care Sheets from the blue toolbar at the top of the page. CINAHL also features the limiter, "Evidence-Based Practice." 

Natural Medicines Provides evidence-based information about complementary and alternative therapies. Validated rating scales are used to evaluate the quality of available evidence. All monographs undergo blinded editorial and peer review.

Databases Offering Online Access to Medical Evidence  Informational webliography from Cochrane. Some are free and some are fee-based. Not all are available through WSU.
