Maps and Atlases

Search for maps of your region or country in Search It.  For example, the search   middle east atlases   retrieves the titles "Crossroads of war: a historical atlas of the Middle East" and "Penguin state of the Middle East atlas (revised and updated 3rd ed.)" as well as many other map and atlas items, some in the reference atlas cases and others in the stack areas that can be checked out.  The Map Vertical File, located in the Reference area off the Terrell Library atrium, contains hundreds of world, country, state, local, and thematic maps that can also be checked out.
