Neill Public Library

Neill Public Library is a free, public library located in downtown Pullman at 210 N Grand Avenue. You may checkout materials from the library by getting a library card. The library card is free to everyone. All you have to do is bring a government-issued picture ID (passport or driver's license) and a piece of mail with your current address on it. You also must be over 18, or bring a parent or guardian with you.

The library has books (print, audio, and eBooks), DVDs, and CDs for both adults and children.

The library provides free storytimes for children 0-5. Click HERE for times.

The library also provides a free ESL Conversation Club - you do not have to sign up, just show up! Click HERE for times.

Latah County Library

Latah County Library District is a free public library system with locations all over Latah County, Idaho. The main location is in Moscow at 110 S Jefferson Street. You may checkout materials from the library by getting a library card. The library card is free to everyone. All you have to do is bring a government-issued picture ID (passport or driver's license) and a piece of mail with your current address on it. You also must be over 18, or bring a parent or guardian with you.
