Includes a issue questionnaire for candidates, and voting records and performance evaluations ("ratings" or "scorecards") by special interest groups for congressional incumbents (these can be really good for gauging how the incumbent has voted on issues important to you), and lots more. This is a really useful source (and I don't say that just because I used to work there ;-)
